Elena Foggiato

Elena is an executive coach, trainer, facilitator and consultant with multifaceted international business expertise and a broad background in HR and organizational development.

Elena is an executive coach at INSEAD Business School and the Kets De Vries Institute, a global trainer at Ferrari, a guest lecturer at Lehigh University and an alumna of the College of Extraordinary Experiences.

She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, alongside certifications in general business and HR management, marketing and social media (UCLA, US). She is also a certified foresight practitioner (Institute for the Future, US).

Elena has been working in the corporate world for over 20 years and has gained a wide array of experiences in diverse, multicultural environments. She has been an export manager in the eyewear industry and a portfolio manager in a multinational bank. Later, she also held different senior HR positions both in Italy and abroad.

She has lived and worked in Italy, Germany, and the US, and now lives in Milan, Italy. She is fluent in English, German and Italian.
