Nicola Federella

Nicola is specialized in Management, Organization and Organizational Development.

With a degree in Business Administration (Bocconi University), he combines theories, models, cognitive and behavioral tools to promote and enhance a sustainable evolution and change of individuals and organizations.

Certified in various assessment tools (e.g. Belbin, Drexler/Sibbet), an NLP Master Practitioner, Nicola is also certified in Organizational Development by the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Sciences (USA).

Since 1996 he is a faculty member at LIUC – Università Cattaneo di Castellanza, and a senior trainer at Festo CTE, the first Industrial Management school in Italy.
